Menino de cinco anos, sem antecedentes médicos de relevo, é enviado à consulta de dermatologia por uma mancha escura assintomática do pé direito com cinco dias de evolução. Ao exame objectivo, observava-se uma mácula de coloração preta-acastanhada com cerca de 2 cm na face plantar do hálux direito (Figura 1).
