A 60-year-old woman with a history of cheek granuloma presented with burning, pruritus, and edema in one eyebrow after micro-pigmentation 5 years ago. The patient was diagnosed with a sarcoidal reaction after histopathological examination. Intralesional triamcinolone treatment resulted in complete reaction resolution, although subcutaneous atrophy occurred.
