Recursos digitais para a atenção à diversidade: Um estudo bibliométrico e de conteúdo

Resumo

A revolução tecnológica e a diversidade são duas das marcas da sociedade atual. Este trabalho teve como foco a análise da produção científica sobre materiais didáticos digitais e a atenção à diversidade, a qual foi realizada por meio de uma combinação de análise bibliométrica e análise de conteúdo. Seguindo o método PRISMA, foram selecionados um total de 1092 artigos publicados na última década, e disponíveis em acesso aberto, para quantificação com base em indicadores de produtividade, colaboração, divulgação e impacto. Os 100 artigos mais citados serviram de amostra para a análise de conteúdo, da qual emergiram três categorias. Os resultados mostram um aumento do número de estudos nos últimos anos, bem como das revistas, países e autores de referência, a existência de um elevado grau de colaboração e a centralidade do trabalho de Bronfenbrenner como um modelo que sustenta a intervenção. Além disso, mantém-se um modelo de atenção à diversidade centrado no déficit, embora alguns trabalhos surjam na perspectiva da inclusão e da inovação que os recursos digitais permitem. Portanto, é necessário continuar dedicando esforços à concepção, adaptação e avaliação de materiais didáticos digitais a partir de uma abordagem inclusiva, que favoreça a acessibilidade e a atenção à diversidade, bem como a formação inicial e continuada de professores, para que ela seja, de fato, viabilizada.
