A PRÁXIS DO TÉCNICO SUPERIOR DE EDUCAÇÃO SOCIAL EM ESCOLAS TEIP

Problematizando a necessidade de divulgar o trabalho do Técnico Superior de Educação social, nomeadamente no contexto educativo, procedeu-se à realização de um estudo exploratório, tendo como objetivo dar a conhecer a realidade da práxis da Educação Social no contexto de escolas TEIP.
Metodologicamente, procedeu-se a um estudo qualitativo centrado na investigação do trabalho do Educador Social, tendo para isso sido realizados inquéritos por entrevista a este profissional, bem como a alguns profissionais que com ele trabalham.
Este estudo permitiu identificar a efetiva relevância do trabalho do Educador Social no âmbito dos TEIP, destacando diversas dimensões dessa intervenção.
