From 2025 forward it is expected that approximately half of professionals are required from high-level qualifications, but also entrepreneurial and problem-solving skills, to deal with complex information, autonomous thinking, affirmative communication and also skills of resilience and flexibility. The ENREAC-HEI project could contribute to empowering students and higher education staff in some of these skills. ENREAC-HEI is a project funded by the European Commission that aims to develop and test a set of eLearning courses on research skills and open science, aimed at the public of higher education. The main objectives of the project are develop the knowledge about the open science practices and research skills of the participants. It also aims to expand the offer of training of partners in the area and to increase the usability, relevance, adequacy and sustainability of curricula, involving and sharing the project with important actors, experts and relevant stakeholders. The main products of the project are an eLearning course on key research skills, an eLearning course on open science skills and a teacher/trainer training manual.
