The aim of this essay was identify if has any element intend epistemological re-significations at initial training teachers of Science and Biology. We have used questionnaire and semi-structured interviews to data collect; to crossing discourses and related it with theoretical assumption assumed. Our data point out that even HPS issue has been insert on teachers training course, there is no signs of its influence on epistemological re-signification among initial training teachers. At all, extracurricular activities was considered more efficient in epistemological think on or consolidation. We consider the re-structuration at extracurricular activities are necessary for the reflexive think about the theme may be possible. Like that, news researches should be made helping the comprehension and new propositions of HPS issues insertion having better results on epistemological re-signification of initial training teachers.
