Abstract
This text presents results of the research entitled: "Digital lettering of workers from the collection of waste from Campo Grande - MS/Brazil: technological and social inclusion". The focus is on the inclusion of vulnerable people in the use of digital technologies in the context of waste collection from two institutions – Coopernova: solids in general and Recicle: solids and electro-electronics –, in the city of Campo Grande. The objective is to analyze such social inclusion in the sense of digital literacy, in a critical paradigm in order to, by the nature of historical-social research, produce changes in the environment in question, reducing the difficulties of these people in the scope of their work activities. The research procedures included the application of a questionnaire under the signature of the Free and Informed Consent Term - TCLE, and bibliographic survey in databases such as Scielo and Google Scholar. The analysis of the results showed that waste collection and recycling workers lack training and digital literacy so that they can act with health and have their human and citizenship rights guaranteed in their work activities.
