In this experience report, we explain the theorical foundations and present the practice, the context and the repercussions of the study methodology, dialogues and reflections on the Grupo de Estudos Transdisciplinares, institutionalized in a Public University name. In the theorical foundation, we make its binding explicit with: the perspective of being a human and the reality of Complexity and Transdisciplinarity; with the presence and listening of meditation and Non-Violent Communication; with the expanded reflection and loving dialog of the biocentric integrative method and dialogic education; with the formation process of beings and the transformation of oneself and the world; with the integration of intelligence and affectivity, reason and emotion. The methodological proposal consists of initial meditation, aloud and slow reading, appreciation of the pleasure of being together, of dialogues, contemplations, sharing of experiences and free association of ideas from everyone present. As repercussions observed in two diligent students, we noticed their fluency in reading, the structure of their argumentation, exposition of thoughts and reflections, shyness reduction with more confidence in their own speech and the expansion of their comprehension of the texts read. In our teaching practice, we noticed the enlargement of listening and dialogue approaches while observing students within teaching and learning environments, openness to the learning paradigm, the fulfillment of tutoring and learning projects, care taking with those who arrive and with ourselves.
