Given the increase in intolerance and hate speech in the contemporary world, the school seems to be the privileged place for a critical analysis and overcoming this situation, since it is a strategic space for citizen education on a democratic and inclusive basis. This work aims to study the intervention actions linked to the Project "School-World Connection: innovative spaces for citizen training", aiming to survey the possibilities and challenges of a teacher training / action centered on an education for authorship, collaboration and production, at school with a hacker way of being. The hacker perspective has been favorable to the training of citizens for human rights in digital culture, and can be incorporated into pedagogical practices in formal educational contexts.
