The education is a right of the students with high abilities/giftedness (HA/G), and different strategies can be organized for this end. This paper aims to report the experiences developed in an extension project that provides extracurricular enrichment to students with HA/G. The project needed to adequate its work methodology because of the Pandemic caused by Covid-19, which provoke the face-to-face closing of educational spaces during 2020. During this period, the executing team re-organized its actions in a way of maintaining the proposal of enrichment for the students with HA/G, but in a remote format. The contact with the families and the students was mediated through the applicative of messages WhatsApp, in order to established a more effective communication between the team and those one responsible for the students. Through this channel, the team forwarded the challenges so that the participants could perform them according to their availabilities, registering their conclusions, photographing and/or recording to socialize their experiences in synchronous meetings, by means of Jitsi Meet platform. The meetings occurred from July to December 2020, with the frequency of one meeting per month, lasting 1h and 30 min and with the participation of nine students. From the exploration of the challenges, we observed that the students had the opportunity to expand, to deepen and to enrich their areas of interest, besides exchanging knowledge among them. We consider that the actions developed in a remote format reached the objectives of promoting the extracurricular enrichment, despite of the challenges faced in the beginning of the process.
