CONVERSATION CIRCLES
PATHWAYS AND DIALOGUES TO CONSIDER GEOGRAPHIC EDUCATION AND TEACHER TRAINING.

This article aims to present the movements made in the "LEPEGEO Conversation Circles", which took place online between December 2021 and November 2022, organized by the Laboratory of Studies and Research in Geography Education (LEPEGEO), with the purpose of promoting debates and dialogues with researchers, teachers, and students from the Center of Humanities and Education of State University of Santa Catarina and other institutions of Basic Education and Higher Education for the development of studies and research related to geographical education and teacher training. Methodologically, this study is bibliographic and documentary with a qualitative perspective, with an emphasis on the syllabus of the Conversation Circles, as well as the topics covered in the discussions about geographical education and the teaching of Geography. The analyzed syllabus provides an overview of the conversation circles on topics related to teacher training, childhood geography, gender issues, technology in education, multiple languages, city, and textbooks.
