The Covid-19 epidemic has had a major impact on people's lives around the world. The education system was not immune. The University made courses available on its platform to train teachers, aiming to implement Emergency Remote Teaching (ERE). This article aims to present the actions of the Working Group (GT) Technologies and Training, to record what was done to overcome obstacles, in addition to describing the perception of teachers about what was done to mitigate the effects of COVID-19. 19. The GT recommended Google Meet for synchronous activities, recommended the Google Classroom platform for ERE, and chose an adapted form of Google Meet to record video classes. 139 teachers responded to the survey, who self-assessed 4 factors: Self-efficacy, Facilitating Conditions, Intrinsic Motivation and Emotions. With the application of the t Test, Intrinsic Motivation and Emotions were confirmed as critical factors. Teachers have always been against Remote Teaching (formerly EaD), but the pandemic forced them to use new technological platforms. The study concludes that there is already a change in the way teachers see ERE. This becomes clear when 86% of them state that they will continue using the platform, even after returning to On-Campus Teaching. It's because? Because they identify a facilitator of classes in Remote Learning. This can be proven by the statement that 50% of professors spend activities on the platform for students every week, regardless of whether the meeting is synchronous or asynchronous.
