The article analyses the form as inequalities of class, the relationship of gender and the racial discrimination model, the experiences of teenagers and young people that commit infractions in the Brazilian society. The analysis concerns the of study the experience of teenagers and young people that comply or have fulfilled socio-educational measures in the open regime in the city of Mossoró (RN), emphasizing the relationships between inequalities of class, school exclusion and violence from of an intersectional perspective. The theme of the article is related to gender, social class and racial discrimination. As methodology of research, we opted for the semi-structured interview with teenagers and young people accompanied by the Reference Center Specialized in Social Assistance of Mossoró (RN). However, there are teenagers and young people who choose to stay in school to improve their lives. The study shows the importance of the quality of education and public policies for the prevention of violence and possibility of support to teenagers and young people in a vulnerable situation.
