This article is a systematization of experiences lived by young people serving socio-educational measures in an open environment, in a Community Service Provision Group (PSC). It uses the theoretical and methodological guidelines of Oscar Jara Holliday (2006) to systematize three meetings of the PSC Group, which addressed racism, territory and violence. The objective of the systematization was to identify the prior knowledge and experiences of the young people with the themes, in order to subsequently carry out a socio-territorial diagnosis. In view of this, it was possible to identify that violence is a phenomenon that acts as a link between them. It manifests itself in the practice of racism and in the social dynamics in the territories. Thus, as a result, we identified a mutilated racial literacy, given that the young people did not navigate the theme easily. Regarding the territory, they denounced the lack of leisure spaces and the presence of drug trafficking. In addition, they report that the public services they access are the school, although they are dropping out of school, and the basic health unit occasionally. Finally, regarding violence, the young people revealed that among its types, they know physical and sexual. They reported having suffered physical violence in police approaches, and institutional violence in educational establishments. That said, it can be said that the systematization of the meetings resulted in a product that allows the identification of weaknesses in the territories, in knowledge and in social practices, thus enabling intervention strategies with a view to the full exercise of citizenship and the comprehensive protection of these young people.
