Características de la regulación regulatoria de la financiación estatal del mantenimiento del juicio por jurado en Ucrania

El artículo analiza las peculiaridades de la regulación legal de la financiación estatal del mantenimiento de juicios por jurado en Ucrania. Se ha establecido que la financiación pública del sistema judicial en Ucrania es actualmente extremadamente limitada, lo que es consecuencia de la crisis económica en Ucrania debido a la anexión temporal de la República Autónoma de Crimea, los enfrentamientos militares permanentes en el este de Ucrania y la coronavirus pandémico mundial. Se ha demostrado que en los países económicamente desarrollados del mundo, el nivel de financiación estatal del sistema judicial depende directamente del potencial económico del estado y su posición estable en el mercado económico mundial. Por lo tanto, es necesario que Ucrania, en primer lugar, avance hacia el aumento de su posición en el mercado económico mundial y supere todas las manifestaciones de la crisis económica. Se ha establecido que el juicio por jurado es una de las instituciones clave del poder judicial, el poder judicial, y fue creado para implementar el principio de participación directa de las personas en la administración de justicia, que está confirmado por las disposiciones de la Constitución de Ucrania: "Juicio con jurado" No. 3843 del 14.07.2020 y "Sobre la introducción de enmiendas a ciertos actos legales de Ucrania debido a la adopción de la Ley de Ucrania "Sobre el juicio con jurado" No. 3845 del 14.07.2020, han demostrado la urgencia de seguir mejorando los mecanismos de juicio por jurado, pero solo en los procesos penales, porque en caso de que sean adoptados por el Consejo Supremo de Ucrania, los juicios por jurado no tendrán ninguna legitimidad en los procesos civiles. Sobre la base de los datos estadísticos citados se estableció que la compensación monetaria por un juicio con jurado en Ucrania es mínima en comparación con los EE. UU., Canadá o Francia. Por otro lado, el Reino Unido, por el contrario, no prevé en su legislación compensación monetaria ión de jurados; sólo existen compensaciones de viaje y viáticos. El alto nivel de compensación monetaria del jurado depende en primer lugar del desarrollo social y económico del país. Se concluye que las acciones del legislador de los últimos años están dirigidas al modelo clásico de juicio por jurado, que existe en muchos países del mundo, con un nivel apropiado de asistencia financiera y un nivel apropiado de apoyo logístico.
