Resumen
Resumo: Este trabalho analisa o acórdão eDate Advertising do Tribunal de Justiça da União Europeia sobre a determinação do tribunal competente para julgar ações de responsabilidade civil por ofensas a direitos de personalidade cometidas pela colocação em linha de conteúdos danosos e a lei aplicável a esses litígios.
