A eficácia das regras internacionais na luta contra a corrupção

A corrupção já não é apenas uma atividade individual ou local que visa ganhos pessoais em detrimento do interesse público. Em vez disso, tornou-se uma questão de preocupação internacional, afectando a comunidade global. As redes de corrupção espalharam-se e expandiram-se em muitos países do mundo, o que levou a comunidade internacional a intensificar os Seus esforços internacionais para combater este tipo de corrupção e limitar a sua propagação. Os esforços das organizações internacionais e das organizações regionais surgiram através de acordos internacionais colectivos e locais que trabalham para combater a corrupção com regras derivadas do direito internacional público.
