O enoturismo nas Baleares na óptica das adegas

Resumen

Las islas Baleares buscan desestacionalizar y diversificar la actividad turística durante décadas. Una de las opciones que se han planteados es el turismo del vino, principalmente por el aumento en el número de bodegas existentes. El turismo del vino es un campo de estudio creciente desde los años noventa y con bastante literatura en las regiones del Nuevo Mundo. En las islas Baleares los estudios académicos se han centrado tradicionalmente en la oferta y demanda de sol y playa, siendo escasos los estudios sobre ofertas de turismo alternativas o minoritarias. Este trabajo busca realizar una primera aproximación a la situación del enoturismo en las islas Baleares, mediante un estudio de las bodegas. Este estudio permite mostrar la visión que tienen del enoturismo. El enoturismo tiene un impacto poco importante en el conjunto de la economía pero es de utilidad para las bodegas, mejorando sus ingresos y sus exportaciones. El perfil del turista del vino es parecido al del turista de sol y playa, con predominio de los extranjeros. De cara al futuro, el enoturismo estará enfocado a completar otras ofertas turísticas y completar los ingresos de las bodegas.
