A Didactic Proposal for Scientific Texts
DOI:

This article presents a didactic proposal to explore the concepts of youth, culture, and contemporary school, inspired by the text "Youth(s): after all, what social subjects are these?", by Barbosa (2021). This scientific essay aims to reflect on the discussions held in a postgraduate curricular component in education at UERGS. The work addresses the complexity and heterogeneity of youth, recognizing the plurality of identities, demands, and forms of social insertion. It discusses the importance of understanding youth in their specific sociocultural contexts, considering their active role in society. Furthermore, this scientific manuscript explores the impact of new technologies and the internet on young people's life choices. The methodology was developed through discussions in a WhatsApp group, anchored in methodologies of Cultural Studies. The methodology used involved the analysis of scientific texts, the implementation of a practical class, and the production of posters by postgraduate students. Bricolage was employed as a methodological strategy, combining different resources for the construction of knowledge. The analysis of the posters was carried out using frameworks from semiotics and Cultural Studies.
