The aim of this article is to describe and analyze the experience of Social Educators who work with Childhood and Adolescence during the period of confinementproduced by the health crisis of COVID -19 in Spain (March-June). Five in-depth interviews are conducted with five social educators who work in different services: residential resources of the basic network for the protection of children (x2); juvenile justice services (1); socio-educational intervention in school environment (x1) and specialized residential resources for unaccompanied foreign minors (x1). The data analysis has been carried out based on two main axes (objective aspects / subjective aspects of the experience) with five different categories (Socio-educational action; Relationships; Fears / insecurities; Drivers). Regardless of the scope of intervention, the analysis of testimonies shows similarities about the experiences and feelings. These results can be a beginning that helps to identify elements that reduce the occupational risks caused by the "new normality".
