Abstract
This article presents a reflective analysis of pedagogical models in training for teaching in Distance Education (DE). The context of training and performance outlines the processes of competencies necessary for DE. In a qualitative approach, the study aims to present an experiential account of three teachers involved in teaching and research on the subject. It adopts a reflective report methodology, describing the main practical and research experiences carried out by the authors of the study. The results and conclusions highlight pedagogical models as elements for the effectiveness of competencies in teaching in DE, facilitated by ongoing training.
Keywords: Pedagogical models; teacher training; DE, teacher autonomy.
