Abstract

When we think of crisis we immediately think of several words: change, anxiety, opportunity, growth, life, instability, insecurity, discovery, alternative, patience, creativity, conflict, challenge, effort, disruption, hope, resilience, and transformation.

Although crisis is often associated with something less good such as disruption, uncertainty, and suffering, it can be an opportunity for growth and not necessarily danger or risk.
