ABSTRACT
Aquatic readiness senses the acquisition of fundamental aquatic skills, attitudes and learnings, descending to the acquisition of more advanced aquatic skills, such as swimming strokes and water safety. This methodological proposal will allow students to observe their body inside water through a mirror. The mirrors are going to be fixed on the bottom of the pool.
Considering that our early learning is done through the imitation and observation of our family and identical groups the use of materials that can reflect our image is an extremely relevant device.
This method will help not only the student in their learning process, but also the teacher in the corrections and innovation of this methodology. The learner in visualizing his image, tends to improve it and then develop swimming strokes.
