Abstract

SuiteCRM is software inspired by the SugarCRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, developed and maintained by SalesAgility. It is an alternative, free and open source application. It was released on October 21, 2013. SuiteCRM has been downloaded more than 500,000 times since its original release. The SuiteCRM project stated that all lines of code released will be open source. This project is intended to be an enterprise-class open source alternative to proprietary products under SuiteCRM.

Massive Online Open Source (MOOC) are free courses and are aimed at large communities, students and professionals from all areas, creating networks for learning, interaction, sharing and distribution of knowledge (Jansen & Schuwer 2015). Revolutionizing distance learning and for all who want to learn. With the usefulness of MOOC we take the opportunity to present SuiteCRM, what it is for and how to use it. This entire project is on the E-Raizes platform of IPSantarém.
