Simulation in healthcare education is essential to develop practical skills, empathy, awareness and attitudinal skills towards the patient, but mainly because it offers a work-based learning experience in a safe environment for students. The project entitled "Exchange of good practices for excellence" aims at increasing the quality of the training through activities run at local and transnational level, putting together expertise and good practices and valorizing the results from previous Erasmus+ projects. The partnership in this project will create a compendium of good practices in healthcare education offering a new tool to help teachers work with simulation. The project will have an impact not only on the direct participants and their institutions, but also on other institutions, at local and national level, offering a tool for teachers to multiply the method of simulation in other schools.
