Consumidores novos e/ou novos consumidores? Are new consumers new?
Abstract
Constituindo a segmentação um elemento a ter em conta pelas empresas, é o segmento dos jovens o que assume maior relevância no mercado. A prazo, quer pela sua dimensão, quer pela sua força e capacidade de impor tendências, revela-se o segmento mais adequado para a afirmação de uma empresa ou marca. As potencialidades de negócio, quer pela expectativa ou esperança de vida e naturalmente a maior probabilidade de conseguir fidelização, tal como as potencialidades de vendas acumuladas garantem um retorno mais significativo de todo o investimento a realizar.
