Sobre la Transición Digital de los Recursos Educativos
La Figura del “Doblepensar" en los Discursos Políticos

La transición de los recursos educativos en papel al soporte digital está en marcha en varios países y se ha visto acelerada por la pandemia del covid-19. En los discursos de las organizaciones internacionales y de instituciones políticas nacionales es posible detectar una doble tendencia: por un lado, destacan el imperativo de la innovación tecnológica, en la que reconocen diversas ventajas; por otro, registran varios problemas derivados de ella, especialmente para el aprendizaje, que estudios fiables confirman. Es en este “doblepensar” que este artículo se analiza esta transición, teniendo como referencia la realidad portuguesa y europea.
