Sobre a Transição Digital de Recursos Educativos
A Figura do “Duplopensar” nos Discursos Políticos

A transição dos recursos educativos do suporte de papel para o suporte digital está em curso em diversos países, tendo sido acelerada pela pandemia covid-19. Nos discursos de organizações internacionais e de instâncias políticas nacionais que a apresentam, é possível apurar uma dupla tendência: por um lado, fazem sobressair o imperativo da inovação tecnológica, na qual se reconhecem vantagens de diversa natureza; por outro lado, registam vários problemas dela derivados, sobretudo para a aprendizagem, que estudos dignos de confiança confirmam. É neste “duplopensar” que, no presente artigo, se analisa a dita transição, tendo sobretudo por referência a realidade portuguesa e europeia.
