Conflictos urbanísticos y movilizaciones ciudadanas: reflexiones desde Barcelona

El artículo propone, de un lado, analizar cómo la evolución del planeamiento urbanístico en un contexto de globalización ha facilitado el surgimiento de nuevos conflictos urbanísticos y, de otro, identificar cómo se articulan las variadas formas de movilización ciudadana en relación a estos conflictos. Finalmente, a través del caso de la defensa del complejo industrial de Can Ricart de Barcelona se ejemplifica cómo las plataformas ciudadanas consiguen poner en entredicho el modelo de desarrollo urbano de la ciudad.Downloads
