Os factores determinantes da edificação recente na AML (1991-2011)

Este artigo procura abordar de forma quantitativa as causas locais da expansão urbana da Área Metropolitana de Lisboa (AML). Com base na exploração dos dados dos Censos-2011, um modelo de regressão linear múltipla é concebido com o método dos mínimos quadrados ordinários (MQO) para estimar os factores que determinam o crescimento do número de edifícios no período 1991-2011. Os resultados mostram que a AML Norte e a AML Sul apresentam respostas diferentes aos diversos factores analisados, que as reservas nacionais e os PDM só parcialmente influenciam a redução da construçãoDownloads
