Intervenciones para el autogestión en adolescentes con Diabetes Tipo 1: una scoping review

Resumen

Introducción: Los adolescentes con Diabetes Tipo 1 enfrentan desafios muy complejos asociads com el manejo de la enfermedad crónica. La implemnetaciós de programas de autogestión para adolescentes com Diabetes Tipo 1 ha señalado ventajas en el desarollo de habilidades de autogestión de le enfermedad.

Objetivo: Mapear intervenciones que promuevan el autogestión de adolescentes com Diabetes Tipo 1.

Métodos: Revisión Scoping sigue la matodología propuesta por el Joanna Briggs Institute. Criterios de elegibilidad definidos según Población – adolescentes de 10 a 19 años; Concepto – autogestión de la diabetes; Contexto – considerados todos los contextos de intervención. Se incluyeron estudios publicados entre 2009 Y 2021 en portugués, inglés y español: MEDLINE, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, Joanna Briggs Institute Databases, e Repositório Científico de Acesso Aberto de Portugal. El protocolo para esta revisión esta registrado en Open Science Framework https://osf.io/z6wbj.

Resultados: Se incluyeron nueve artículos. Las intervenciones implementadas involucraran principalmente programas educativos en sesiones grupales. Los indicadores de resultados fueron: habilidades de autogestión (resolución de problemas, toma de decisiones, búsqueda y utilización de recursos, asociación con el equipo de salud y plan de acción); hemoglobina glucosilada; conocimiento; calidad de vida; autoeficacia y autocuidado.

Conclusión: De las intervenciones analizadas se extrajeron seis indicadores cuyos resultados fueran significativos com el nível de hemoglobina glucosilada, autogestión, conocimiento, autoeficacia Y calidad de vida.
