A COMUNICAÇÃO EFETIVA ENQUANTO PROMOTORA DE INTERVENÇÕES COMPLEXAS E TRANSDISCIPLINARES À PUÉRPERA: UMA SCOPING REVIEW

A comunicação efetiva é considerada a base do processo de interação entre o profissional de saúde e a puérpera. Sendo o puerpério uma fase delicada de grandes alterações, torna-se essencial o empowerment da puérpera para gerir as intervenções complexas com as quais a mesma se vai deparar. Realizou-se uma scoping review, com o objetivo de identificar a comunicação efetiva enquanto promotora de intervenções complexas e transdisciplinares à puérpera em contexto hospitalar. A pesquisa foi realizada através da expressão de pesquisa Communication AND Empowerment OR Clinical competence AND Postpartum period, na base de dados científica PubMed e na plataforma EBSCOhost, por artigos publicados entre 2015-2020. Através do recurso do PRISMA dos 629 artigos identificados, 4 foram incluídos na revisão. Destaca-se a importância do profissional de saúde ter competências de comunicação que permitam o desenvolvimento das intervenções complexas, tendo como base o estabelecimento de uma relação terapêutica, através da empatia e confiança.
