The promotion of health literacy and the development of strategies that facilitate informed choices are currently integrating a fundamental paradigm in the training processes of young people. Such premises are the framework of this article, aiming to share the operationalization, monitoring and dissemination of the “Your PEL” project. The methodology highlights the construction of the Your PEL scale, as an instrument for assessing the impact of health education programs, and a responsive website integrating several functionalities. The results in health, resulting from a program using a web platform and the possibility of assessing the needs and impact of the intervention program, were set in an example of good practices in empowering young people. The project contributed to scientific and technological knowledge, through the regional and national valorization, in a logic of knowledge translation, with the purpose of helping this generation to reach the fullness of their health potential.
