Vol. 10 No. 2 (2022): Thematic Edition: Social and Human Sciences | Special number: III Symposium on Economics and Management in Lusophone World

The 3rd Lusophone Symposium on Economics and Management took place at the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém from 15-17 November 2022 under the theme "For a circular economy, for the benefit of social and environmental development". Sixty scientific papers were presented by authors from three continents (Africa, America and Europe), five countries (Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Mozambique and Portugal) and more than 25 higher education institutions.

The present publication is the first of a set of three issues dedicated to the III Simpósio de Economia e Gestão da Lusofonia. This first issue Vol. 10, No. 2 (2022) will be devoted to thirteen articles selected from the scientific domains of Social Sciences and Humanities; the second issue Vol. 10, No. 3 (2022) will include articles selected from the scientific domains of Natural and Environmental Sciences, Exact and Engineering Sciences and Life and Health Sciences; the third issue, to be published in 2023, Vol. 11, No. 2 (2023) will include selected articles in the four scientific domains that integrate the Research Unit of the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém: Natural and Environmental Sciences, Exact and Engineering Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities and also the scientific domain of Life and Health Sciences.
