Les «jeunes incasables» en protection de l’enfance: l’impensé du genre dans les troubles et prises en charge

Les représentations des adolescents dits "incasables" ont évolué à travers les décennies tant du côté de l'éducatif que du soin psychiatrique. Dans notre pratique clinique, nous pensons qu'il est nécessaire d'intégrer un modèle plurifocal prenant en compte les problématiques d'attachement, de filiation et les modes d'alliance dans la famille. Nous envisageons aussi que ces vulnérabilités peuvent varier selon le genre et les modalités d'entrée en Protection de l'Enfance. Ainsi, nous illustrerons ces propos par la présentation de deux cas cliniques d'une jeune et d'un adolescent.
